(i)  with or without further notice to you; and
(ii)  without giving you any explanation or justification for such change.
1.8 Relevant jurisdiction
(a)  If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable then that part will be deemed to be severable from the balance of these terms and conditions and the severed part will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
(b)  These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Victoria, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
(c)  You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia to determine any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions.

 

SOHO Living Let Us Pay Your Rent Promotion 2024 Terms & Conditions

The Builder agrees to grant the Incentive Payment to the Owner in consideration for the Owner entering into the Building Contract. The agreement does not come into force until the Owner has executed the Building Contract, paid the deposit due under the Building Contract and provided evidence of finance for the Building Contract. The Incentive Payment will commence on the Base Stage Receipt Date. The Incentive Payment is subject to the Owner strictly complying with the terms of the Building Contract and there being no default under the Building Contract. If the Owner is in default under the Building Contract at any time, including prior and after the Base Stage Receipt Date and/or the Building Contract is terminated, the Builder’s obligation to make the Incentive Payment ceases immediately. The Owner must provide all information requested by the Builder to enable payment of the Incentive Payment. The Owner is liable to ensure their correct personal details and banking details are provided to the Builder and that they remain accurate at all times. The Builder is not liable for any errors made by the Owner in this respect or any of the Owner’s other payment obligations. The Incentive Payment is only available to the Owner(s) and cannot be assigned. The Incentive Payment is only available to the first 10 deposits only. SOHO Living Investment Accelerator Promotion 2023 Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: August 1st to August 31st 2023. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and above, subject to entering into an HIA contract with SOHO Living for selected packages by the 31st of August 2023. In order to be eligible to receive the stated benefits, the purchaser is required to pay a 5% build deposit to SOHO Living on or before August 31st 2023. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure timely payment of the deposit to avail themselves of the promotion’s benefits. Failure to meet the deposit deadline will result in the purchaser’s ineligibility for the promotion. Offer valid for the first 25 purchasers who meet all requirements.
1.Stamp Duty payment: upon receipt of evidence of the stamp duty paid on the land settlement and payment of the base stage claim under a building contract with Soho Living then reimbursement of the stamp duty paid will be made within 30 days of the last to occur.
2.Conveyancing Promotion – To be eligible for the conveyancing promotion, eligible purchasers must have their loan application approved using Oakbury Finance as the broker;
3.Depreciation schedule will be paid by SOHO Living within 60 days of completion of the construction of the dwelling to which SOHO Living is constructing.
Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other considerations nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. By participating in this promotion, all individuals agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. SOHO Living reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by SOHO Living concerning the promotion shall be final and binding.

The discount offered in this Campaign includes a $5,000 build discount (exclusive to specific lots at Stockland Highlands) and a reduced build deposit of $5,000 (exclusive to specific lots at Stockland Highlands). For specific lot details and eligibility, customers must speak to a New Homes Consultant. The Campaign will conclude on 11 March 2024 at 5:00 PM (AEST).

The incentive provided under this Campaign includes a reduced deposit of $5,000 under the Building Contract for the construction of the home with SOHO Living. These incentives are not a purchase price rebate. Customers should refer to their SOHO Living New Homes Consultant for further details. This promotion applies exclusively to townhomes only at Stockland Highlands.
